they're little fights, arugments, quarrels often forgotten within a few minutes or a few hours.

usually over a stupid, little, forgettable disagreement.

that later, you find silly and laughable .

then, you make up, kiss, hug, and cuddle as you stare lovingly and intently into each other's eyes.

they often lead to a bittersweet and romantic moment you'll both treasure every now and then, down the line.

they open up your eyes and your mind to something far more powerful than originally thought.....which, in affect, makes you all warm and fuzzy.

we, he and i, had a spat last night.

it was over something really rather silly, really. well, sorta if you think about it. but, it made me care for him more, just well, because he's just so darn sweet. and, well, it was really my fault. yes, i'm admitting it. i let my anal-retentative nature over cooking and preparing meat in an extremely overly cautious way come between us. but, we took it like adults and worked it out, simply because, had i left just like that, without saying a word, i would have regretted it. that, i know, from past experience.

every relationship, no matter how lovey-dovey, needs a little give and take, a little caring, and a little love, a little tenderness, and a little bit of admitting when you're wrong. i was wrong this time as he was wrong the first time. yes, we've had two spats now. but, ya know what? it's all so worth it because every time, it brings us a little closer.:)
