1:01 a.m.

Over the weekend a few interesting things happened.

1) I decided to name my kitty, Puma. (Thanks to my sister for coming up with it.)

2) I had to deal with kitty vomit, not once, but twice.

3) I found out that aluminum foil does not necessarily keep kitties away.....at least not initially. See, Puma vomited all over my papasan chair Saturday evening. Which, in effect frightened me that he might accidently do the same to my nice, plush, velvety blue sofa chair.

In order to keep Puma off the blue sofa chair, I tried the so-called "keep kitty off with aluminum foil" method by placing sheets of the foil on said sofa chair.

Supposedly, kitties don't care for the feel of aluminum foil beneath their precious paws. Puma, on the other hand, found the foil to be quite amusing and spent hours crinkling the darn sheets before abandoning the sofa chair. He hasn't gone on the chair since, so I guessed it worked afterall.

4) Puma decided to vomit a second time the following day, only it was on the carpet.

5) Puma pulled a "I'm not eating for 2 days" scare on me. He's slowly eating again, but still no poopie. And to think that babies would need 10 times more attention. At least kitties come potty-trained. Hmmm...wouldn't it be great if new-born babies came potty-trained?

As I was reading the postcard Thunderstorm had sent me from his trip in Japan, I noticed his writing was neat and tiny. It's what I would refer to as "ant-writing." Although his was a tad bigger than the average ant-writer size. Nonetheless, it was small and his words cracked me up and put a smile on my face just like his updates. Thanks Thunderstorm!

Why is it that most guys have tiny neat handwriting, whereas girls tend to have big, bubbly handwriting? Me.....I'm neither tiny nor big and bubbly, although always neat and legible.

Also, I've noticed that many people who were trained to write English in Taiwan all seem to have the same handwriting. Seriously, it's so strange.
