1:13 a.m.

I have not updated in a few days.

Wednesday I spent most of the day working on a little side freelance for a regular, long-time client who always pays me in cash.

At 4:40 p.m., J-boy called and asked if I'd be free to go hiking the following day.

At 6:40 p.m., I left for my Flash class. During break, I ran across the street to Green Tea Terrace and tried out their Iced O-cha Latte Boba drink and a piece of mochi with red bean inside. Yum. This place has one of the best tasting boba drinks next to Relaxtation. All the rest suck. Literally.

Thursday Went hiking on a different trail in the Santa Monica Mountains with J-boy. I think this was our longest hike ever. We jogged part way up. I couldn't keep up with J-boy. That boy can jog at a fairly rapid pace. Our conversation consisted of tv shows and cartoons we used to watch. Every time I named a show, he'd sing the tune to it. He remembers everything....even the tune for Chips

Oh yes, I told him about my Washington D.C. shit-in-my-favorite-underpants story. We seem to have an ongoing thing for sharing our shit stories. It's a good thing, I tell ya. Unfortunately, we saw some shit on the way up the trail and he says to me, "I see you've been here before." Haha. I had to smack him for that one.

We saw a big, red ant carrying a twig twice his size. I wanted to take the twig away from the ant, but J-boy wouldn't let me. He said it would be mean. Hee-hee. I thought that was sweet of him to think about the ant's hard work.

After our hike, we went for a "li'ner" as J-boy called it after I couldn't decide if what we had a was a late lunch or early dinner. We ate at California Chicken Cafe on Wilshire. he had a Caesar salad w/pita bread and some sort of wrap w/out sprouts. He doesn't like sprouts and neither do I. Yuck. I had the usual Chinese Wrap.

He dropped me off so he could go to practice with the band and I went to work on my freelance gig.

Friday At about 11 a.m. I got a call from a couple of friends to go see the 10:15 p.m. showing of Spiderman at The Grove by Fairfax and 3rd. Everyone already had reserved tickets except for two of us, so I decided to drive there to buy 2 more tickets. But before doing so, I called J-boy to invite him along. Unfortunately, his machine picked up. Two hours later, I get a call back from him and it turned out that he had just seen it with his family. They got to him before I did. Funny how I had called right when he was seeing it.

I ended up shopping for a couple of hours and spent god-knows-how-much on clothes and shoes. Shame. Shame. Shame on me for spending money I don't have. I spent over a hunded each at Nike Goddess, Jcrew, and Victoria's Secret.

Then, I rushed home, tried on all my new outfits and then rushed on over to Porn-girl's place to meet up with her and CC-girl. From there, Porn-girl drove us to The Grove where we met up with a gang of our buddies in front of the Pacific Mann Theater.

Afterwards, four of us went to Cantor's for a midnight meal. JN-boy offered to pay for us girlies, but we only let him pay half. He's such a gentleman. Why is it that our guy friends always offer to pay us girls and when it comes down to guys we date, they actually let us pay our half? You know guys, us girls only offer, partially to test you. We're ready to at least pay our part, but we really hope that you would pay for us.

Saturday CC-girl came over to do her laundry since the machine at her place broke down. We ended up going out for a late lunch at Noodle Planet and getting boba drinks at Green Tea Terrace. We both got the usual #50 there.

J-boy had called earlier and wanted to see if I could hang out, but realized I was busy with CC-girl. We decided I'd go over to his place a for a bit before he headed out with the guys. Unfortunately, he had already made plans to go out with them. I was a bit upset and I know I shouldn't be too upset because really, we had not made plans so I can't be mad at him for that. Due to our lack of time seeing each other tonight, he asked to spend time with me tomorrow during the day. We're going hiking. He's promised his family he'd have dinner with them tomorrow night and he can't stay out late as Monday would be his first day of work.

When I got to his place, he looked so cute, even in a plain old t-shirt and shorts that I forgot I was upset, plus he quickly gave me a hug, told me how nice I looked, and gave me this amazing, butterflies-in-my-belly kiss that I was just happy he wanted to at least see me.

I left his place a little after 9:30. Lately, he's been telling me to drive safely every time I leave his place. It's sweet.

I decided to rent a movie and ended up getting "Serendipity." Oh, such a good, good, good, sweet movie. Fate. Do you believe in fate? Do I?
