This is a direct copy of what my friend, nictate sent to me:
in diaryland, if you hit the return key, it will automatically put in a
paragraph break:
but if you want the lines right after the other (no "air" in between,
for a
poem, etc.), you can use a
like this:
the air was cold
the light felt old.
it will show up like this:
the air was cold
the light felt old
instead of:
the air was cold
the light felt old
